We are a deed-restricted 55 year old and over community of 297 homes. 118 of the homes have water access and a private boat ramp.

 

Amenities include a Clubhouse, the Annex (with pool room, library and office), a screened, salt water pool, and shuffleboard courts. A storage Compound and Marina are available for an extra fee on a space-available basis.

 

We are designated as a golf cart community by the City of Tavares which means you can drive your cart on our public streets. Our community is self-managed with many volunteer organized social activities providing opportunities to connect.
